This is a strategic role with ownership over identifying, onboarding, and growing relationships with SEO affiliates and webmasters.

Responsibilities:
Actively search for and onboard new SEO-focused affiliate partners
Maintain and grow long-term relationships with existing webmasters and SEO networks
Monitor and analyze affiliate traffic performance using KPIs such as CPA, CPL, RevShare
Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and finance teams to optimize affiliate operations
Build and execute conversion and retention strategies to increase partner engagement
Deliver regular reporting on channel performance, risks, and opportunities
Track SEO affiliate trends and market movements to adjust strategy accordingly
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a strong focus on SEO traffic
Proven experience managing webmaster networks and content-based partners
Understanding of performance marketing models: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid
Analytical mindset and familiarity with affiliate tracking/reporting systems
English proficiency (Russian is a plus)
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive communicator
