Position : African Markets Growth Block Supervisor – International
Are you an organised person who is passionate about modern company growth concepts and thrives in creative environments?
Our client is seeking a African Markets Growth Block Supervisor to be a focal point of their market expansion teams. We’re looking for someone who can build growth campaigns that are complete with relevant and relatable content. You will be a fast and willing learner, who takes the opportunity to upskill and stay up to date with changes in the e-commerce market. You will understand key concepts around market positioning and growth strategies.

Responsibilities :
As a Growth Growth Block Supervisor, you will:

Assist in the successful implementation of established business expansion plans.

Execute project management campaigns and ensure they run on time and on budget

Help to develop the brand and ensure it is represented in the market according to brand guidelines.

Update digital assets including website content, email, SEO and media to optimise lead generation performance.

Develop content for social media channels and manage and build social communities.

Assist in the successful operation of market growth events.

Assist in the management of external agencies.

Develop competitor activity reports for regular reviews.

Required profile for job ad : African Markets Growth Block Supervisor – International

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

Fast learner with an ability to adapt techniques based on e-commerce requirements.

An understanding of digital marketing concepts including email, website, SEM, SEO & Social.

Experience in building and running campaigns.

Understanding of data analytics for the purpose of measuring campaigns success.

Willingness to listen and learn from e-commerce experts.
