Job Description We are looking for an AI Automation Specialist with hands-on experience in n8n to streamline and automate our internal workflows and client-facing processes. In this role, you’ll design, implement, and optimize automation workflows, integrating AI tools and APIs to improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities Collaborate with the team to design and build AI-powered automation workflows using n8n. Integrate third-party applications, APIs, and internal tools into scalable workflows. Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation pipelines. Document processes and maintain organized workflow logic. Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks across departments. Train team members on how to use, manage, and expand automation workflows. Ensure secure handling of data and compliance with privacy standards. Experience Proven experience working with n8n in a production environment. Previous involvement in automation, AI, or integration-focused projects. Familiarity with AI tools such as OpenAI, ChatGPT, or similar is a strong plus. Experience handling short-term, high-impact technical tasks. Can start ASAP. Skills Strong knowledge of workflow automation and process mapping. Proficiency in n8n, APIs, and webhooks. Familiarity with JavaScript or other scripting languages (bonus). Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
