Build an always-on “content engine” that transforms a simple brief into dozens of TikToks, Reels, and YouTube Shorts—daily—using AI and automation. You’ll be both the creative brain and the system architect behind our short-form content strategy, combining storytelling with cutting-edge tools like n8n, GPT-4o, Google Veo, Gemini, and more.
Our studio creates apps that support mental health, learning, and self-growth. Your content will be the spark that connects people to those tools.
Responsibilities
Create selling content to promote apps
Design AI-powered prompt systems for scripts, hooks, captions, thumbnails, and voiceovers that align with our product tone and audience.
Build and maintain automated content pipelines in n8n that:
Pull trending topics or ideas from a backlog or API
Generate assets using AI tools (text, voice, video, image)
Assemble video from templates, B-roll, subtitles, and audio
Automatically publish or queue content to TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Review and improve content quality: storytelling, visual clarity, hook strength, brand voice
Run lightweight A/B tests to optimise retention, CTR, and engagement
Document your workflows and prompts as simple SOPs for repeatability and collaboration
Rapidly prototype and test emerging tools like Veo, Runway, Pika, or CapCut AI
Qualifications
2+ years of experience creating short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
You have strong skills in motion design and visual storytelling
You’re a power user of n8n, confident building automated content workflows
You actively use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, D-ID, ElevenLabs, etc.) to assist or automate content creation
You know how to design strong hooks, visual rhythms, and emotionally resonant edits
You understand the nuances of content publishing on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
You’re both a creative and a systems thinker — someone who can make 1 video or 100 with the same love
Comfortable working remotely and independently, with minimal oversight
