Responsibilities & Context:
About the Role: We are seeking a forward-thinking, highly adaptable AI Solutions Specialist to establish and lead our newly formed AI Department. This person will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and implementing existing AI tools and applications to improve workflows, communication, marketing, and overall efficiency across our operations.
You will collaborate directly with leadership and department heads (dispatch, operations, customer service, sales, HR, and social media) to understand needs and pain points, then deploy appropriate AI tools like ChatGPT, image and video generators, voiceover systems, automation tools, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess needs across all departments to identify AI integration opportunities.
Research and implement AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Descript, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Canva AI, etc.).
Automate repetitive tasks, improve email communication, assist with polished writing, image generation, scheduling, and document creation.
Train staff on how to use implemented tools and build SOPs.
Evaluate and refine tool performance regularly based on feedback.
Stay up-to-date on new AI tools and trends relevant to logistics and business operations.
Collaborate with IT or external vendors to ensure data security and compliance.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor/Honors
Experience:
2 to 4 years

Qualifications:
Strong experience using and implementing AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, AI voice generators, AI social media content tools).
Excellent understanding of business operations, ideally in logistics, transportation, or a service-oriented industry.
Technical proficiency (APIs, automation platforms like Zapier or Make, AI app ecosystems).
Clear communication and training skills – must be able to explain tools simply to non-technical team members.
Self-starter with a builder’s mindset – you’ll be creating this department from scratch.
Preferred:
Experience in logistics, dispatch, or SaaS implementation.
Familiarity with CRM, TMS, VoIP systems, or AI tools used in customer service.
Project management experience (Asana, Monday, Trello, etc.).
