Key Responsibilities
AI Strategy & Integration
*Define and implement the AI strategy across games, marketing, and operational workflows.
*Identify and evaluate AI opportunities that align with business goals.
*Develop roadmaps for AI adoption and ensure successful execution.
Technical Leadership
*Oversee the architecture and development of AI systems and tools.
*Provide technical guidance on AI/ML model selection, training, deployment, and performance tuning.
*Ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of AI solutions.
Team Management & Mentorship
*Lead and mentor a small team of AI engineers and data scientists.
*Cultivate a collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented environment.
*Drive hiring and talent development in the AI function.
Collaboration & Communication
*Partner with game designers, marketers, and operations teams to translate needs into AI solutions.
*Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure understanding and alignment.
*Present complex AI concepts clearly to internal and external audiences.
AI Trends & Tools
*Stay current with AI advancements, tools, and best practices.
*Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies where relevant.
*Build relationships with industry experts and academic institutions.
Qualifications
Experience:
*5+ years in AI/ML development, with a proven track record of delivering AI solutions.
*1–2 years in a management or technical leadership role.
*Experience integrating AI in gaming, marketing, or operational systems preferred.
Skills:
*Strong knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs), and data pipelines.
*Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision and short-term execution.
*Excellent problem-solving skills with a pragmatic approach.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills; experience working in cross-functional teams.
