Job Description:

Schedule onsite surveys, aircon installations and servicing, ensuring timely and efficient completion of the service.

Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer requests and inquiries effectively.

Oversee and manage a group of technical personnel training and performance management.

Oversee and manage service recovery for any issues that may arise during installation.

Ensure accurate data input for aircon related works.

Analyse data to identify and highlight trends.

Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the aircon department.

Maintain accurate records of all work performed.

Handle other operational duties as the team requires.

Requirements:

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Proficient in using customer service software and tools

Reliable internet connection and appropriate work-from-home setup

Data Entry and Management

Social Media Moderation is a plus.
