Analyst has Pan-Baltic responsibility of ensuring proper and agreed reporting to the Customer Risk Management units in all three countries. Centralized responsibility for performance tracking and updated/ high-quality data files according to the agreements
What You Will Do:

Prepare regular (weekly, monthly, quarterly) reports

Develop new and improve existing regular reports with higher automation and improved usability

Ensure reporting alignment between the Baltic countries

Execute database queries based on requests by Anti Financial Crime Operations colleagues

Prepare one-off reports and analyses based on requests by direct manager

Uploads data to databases based on predefined routines

Checks customer data validity and integrity, improving data quality

Tracking performance and analyze the results

Initiate and make proposals for possible improvements

Exchange of knowledge and information with another analyst

Proactively plan, deliver and follow-up of personal tasks timely and according to the set quality standards, budget and Luminor values

Take responsibility in professional self-development and contribute to own and team performance improvement by constructive feedback and relevant suggestions

Contribute to team and company performance through effective collaboration and acting with energy, enthusiasm and commitment

What We Expect:

1-2 years experience with databases and reporting (preferably AML field)

Running and building various database queries and reports

Developing and preparing reports that support AFC OPS units

Ability to analyze data

Ability to prioritize tasks

Teamwork, taking responsibility for assuring good co-operation with main stakeholders

Initiative and high level of responsibility

Higher degree in IT, Mathematics, Finance, Economics or Business

Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
