We are a dynamic and innovative team dedicated to managing and validating risk models within the banking sector. Our work is critical in ensuring the robustness of credit decision-making processes, stress-testing, and regulatory compliance. We are looking for a passionate Analyst to join our team and contribute to our mission.
What You Will Do:

Perform quantitative and qualitative validation of risk models used for credit decision-making, IFRS 9, internal stress-testing, and ICAAP/ILAAP.

Contribute to the validation of models within the Luminor model inventory and validation plan.

Assist in the development and maintenance of the Model Risk Management Framework.

Collaborate with stakeholders to manage compliance gaps, risks, and implement action plans.

Prepare and present validation reports for approval.

Provide internal training on model validation and risk management.

Collaborate effectively with team members, contributing to the company’s overall performance.

What We Expect:

Bachelor’s or higher degree in Exact Sciences such as Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.

Strong understanding of mathematical/statistical concepts required for quantitative risk management.

Proficiency in MS Office, statistical computing software (e.g., R, Python, SAS, MATLAB), and data management tools (e.g., SQL).

Analytical thinking and quick decision-making abilities.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Initiative, thoroughness, accuracy, and a mindset open to innovation and change.

Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication

Gross salary. 2700-4000 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
