Project
Ongoing new features for the core AI-enabled predictive talent acquisition and management platform, ensuring scalability for new customers.
Work with the product and sales teams to roll out customer customisations.
Role:
Turn requirements such as wireframes, prototypes and interactive user interfaces into fully functional websites
Ensure the technical feasibility of UIUX designs
80% hands on Engineering with 20% guide and mentor 2 junior FE engineers, peer code review, check the source code and share ideas
Must-have’s:
Angular 8 (or above)
Nice-to-have’s:
RxJs / React.JS
Typescript
API Integration
AWS (or any cloud technologies)
Culture:
Reporting to head of engineering (has been with the business for 5+ years)
The Engineering team is 12 people, this is the most senior front end role
People from scale up / start-ups who like to build new things are a good fit.
Level / Grade:
Can hire 1 head count at Senior / Lead or Principal Engineer level
You will have 5-10 years Front End Engineering experience
Can also consider full stack engineers who are ok to be 80% front end
80% hands on role, not expected to have prior leadership experience
Work arrangement / Location
99% work from home, 1-2 times a month work from KL office
