What this opportunity involves:
The Workplace Services Manager will provide support and leadership in the area of real estate and workplace services across Australia and New Zealand. This position will report directly into the JAPAC Real Estate and Workplace Services Leadership, located in Salesforce Tower Sydney. The ideal candidate will have tenured experience and knowledge in remotely managing teams and properties including corporate workplace services programs, business partnerships, demonstrated success in vendor and people management, program and project management application including workplace readiness mobilization and expertise in total facility services management.
An Overview of the role:

Champion and lead with equality and inclusion with alignment at the forefront. Ongoing training and coaching team members for high performance.
Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and provide a high level of business partnerships and customer service to all. People management of Workplace Leads per site across the ANZ region, ensuring Contractor roles and responsibilities are being delivered to a successful standard.
Global alignment implementation and local updates to operation manuals, training and playbooks including Workplace office services, facilities management, hospitality events and guest management.
Focusing on continuous improvement and the ongoing management of REWS tickets, M&E app, in association with service level agreements and actions carried out as required.
Clear communications and employee engagement through education and interactions across all sites. Providing succinct and timely messaging to both individuals and groups conveyed in a focused and compelling way that drives others’ thoughts, involvement and actions across varied topics.
Manage day-to-day facilities, meeting and event management in multiple locations to retain efficiency, productivity, and shared services workplace programs to our internal employees, visitors and external customers and guests

Significant experience in Corporate Real Estate (CRE), facility management, workplace services.
Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and strategic planning skills. Superior analytical skills, judgment, assisting with change management and decision making.
Outstanding and creative verbal, written, and visual storytelling and communications skills
Flexibility and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendor relationships, including performance management and contract tender reviews
Familiarity and proficiency using Google suite/Slack/Quip and service ticketing tools and how to leverage these applications in workplace services delivery & data reporting
Knowledge of corporate culture building and employee engagement in a tech or hospitality customer centric environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Familiarity with and understanding of Building management systems (BMS) or Building Information Modeling (BIM)
