APAC Talent Acquisition Partner (Remote / Hybrid Work OK!)
Our client are a growing tech B2C tech company, recruiting a Talent Acquisition Partner for the APAC region.
This is a role with regional responsibility for experienced TA professionals. You’ll work in a multicultural environment with options for remote work. You will also report directly to the Regional Head of People.
Key Responsibilities

– Align recruitment strategies with the CEO, CCO, country managers, and department heads.

– Create engaging job postings and recruitment content.

– Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring.

– Use ATS (Greenhouse) to track and analyze candidate pipelines.

– Work with the PR team to boost recruitment / employer branding and referral programs.

Qualifications:

– Strong background in talent acquisition

– Experience managing complete end-to-end recruitment processes.

– Proficiency in using ATS systems

– Ability to communicate and collaborate with senior leadership is essential.

– Must be fluent in Japanese.
