Key responsibilities
Handling of complex client requests as part of end-to-end case processing (from file opening through follow-up to closure).
Mastery of the various activities related to case management, allowing for a 360-degree understanding of the automotive environment.
Management of all tasks related to a case, both Front Office and Back Office.
In-depth knowledge of remote customer service techniques and procedures, ensuring optimal satisfaction even during conflictual calls.
Interaction with various clients (beneficiaries, service providers, and business partners) via telephone exchanges (incoming and outgoing calls), email, or requests received through case management tools.
Ability to support new colleagues or those in need, by acting as a quality ambassador within the team.

Goals & Performance Metrics:
Full term- 6 months’ Probation
After 3 months, you are expected to take calls professionally and manage some administrative procedures while being assisted by a buddy
After 6 months you are expected to be autonomous on various insurance cases where you can manage the administrative work and client calls without constant assistance

Candidate Selection Criteria:
– Diploma/HSC minimum, especially if supported by several years of experience in the same sector.
– At least 2 years of experience in a similar work environment involving client interaction.
– Thoughtful, organized, and meticulous, you have strong writing and interpersonal skills in French, and you are comfortable with numbers.
– You demonstrate good listening and comprehension skills, analytical thinking, and team spirit.
– You are resilient under pressure and adaptable.

Work condition:
5 days / 7
– Available to work on a 24/7 schedule.
– Able to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mauritian public holidays.
