We have almost 2 decades of HR Consulting & Headhunting experience supporting startups, SMEs and multinational firms from various industries eversince our grandparent company first operated in 2013.
The Role
[Job Summary]
In this position, you will be entrusted with a wide range of tasks from mobile app development to operation, and you will be expected to promote these tasks while communicating closely with the web development team and other positions. This position is not limited to mobile apps, but can eventually be expanded to include web applications.
This position has two possible assignments, but the job description is the same as below.

Mobile app development using Flutter
Developing mobile apps using Flutter
Application improvement, operation, and functionality proposals
Developing web front-end and back-end applications as needed.
[About the department]
Revatech Development Department
We are developing various services under the brand to become a platform that accelerates the challenge and growth of IT engineers and development organizations.
Solution Development Department
This is an engineering organization with multiple businesses and products such as job change support for young people, job search support for new graduates, essential worker support, aggregate, admission and discharge support for medical care, media for overseas residents, online medical care, and so on.
Ideal Profile
[Required]
Must be any of the following N1, N2 and N3 JLPT certification passer.
Must be a foreigner with a working or resident Japanese visa. (Not open to Japanese locals)
Must be a foreigner currently living in Japan (Not open to Foreign candidate currently living outside Japan)
At least 1 year of cross-platform development experience in iOS/Android using Dart/Flutter, etc.
Experience in team development using GitHub
[Preferred]
Basic knowledge of network (TCP/IP) and database
Experience in a series of work such as requirement definition, design, testing, manufacturing, operation, and planning of improvement measures for web-based applications.
Experience and knowledge of test-driven development
Experience in management ・Work experience in web application development
