Art Director

We are on the lookout for a talented Art Director to become an integral part of our vibrant team. In this exciting role, you will take charge of delivering creative vision for major projects and brand initiatives, while upholding exemplary standards of brand quality and consistency. We need someone with a strong background in both 2D graphic and motion design, who can artfully balance creativity with efficiency to cater to the diverse needs of multiple markets. As the Art Director, you will lead large-scale brand ventures and ensure that all outputs align with established brand guidelines. Thriving in a fast-paced environment, you’ll produce stunning designs that not only maintain brand integrity but also guarantee visual consistency throughout.
Key Responsibilities:

Inspire and guide a multidisciplinary team of graphic, motion, and 3D designers, cultivating creativity and collaboration on flagship projects and tasks.

Direct the entire design process for significant brand projects, ensuring timely delivery while upholding exceptional quality standards.

Collaborate closely with the motion team, steering projects with storyboards to guarantee cohesive visual narratives and brand alignment.

Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and nurturing new talent, mentoring team members to unlock their full potential.

Optimize design workflows and processes, ensuring the team efficiently manages large-scale projects even under tight deadlines.

Work alongside cross-functional teams to sync design strategies with overarching marketing and business objectives.

Craft innovative solutions for intricate brand challenges, ensuring that outputs comply with brand guidelines and maintain visual coherence across global markets.

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging tools, and 3D design technologies to keep the team at the cutting edge of creative innovation.

Evaluate and review visual outputs across various platforms to sustain high design quality and brand alignment.

Promote a dynamic, solutions-driven work environment, ensuring tasks are executed with speed, quality, and a positive spirit.

Requirements

Russian speaker and great level of English.

CIS market knowledge.

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)

Proven experience in creative problem-solving, with the ability to manage large brand projects in high-pressure environments.

Experience mentoring and managing a team across 2D and 3D design workflows.

Strong project management skills, capable of handling simultaneous deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.

In-depth knowledge of creative trends, particularly in 3D design, motion graphics, and cutting-edge design tools.

Ability to mentor and inspire team members, driving growth and creative excellence.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate creative visions into actionable tasks aligned with brand standards.

Understanding of the iGaming industry is highly desirable, especially in relation to player behavior, market demands, and design engagement strategies.
