Installation, configuration, and performance monitoring of all key network and security devices.
Ensure that customer support is available via phone, email, remote access, or in person when needed.
Offering support for Microsoft systems, including O365, File Server, DHCP, DNS, and Active Directory.
Must have configured and Troubleshoot Router, switch, Firewall and wireless devices etc.
Create and manage the overarching framework for enterprise architecture to make sure it is in line with the aims and goals of the organization.
Advanced understanding of BGP, OSPF, MPLS, Policy Based Routing, Segment Routing, QoS, and traffic engineering concepts and troubleshooting abilities L2 Circuit, L3 Circuit, L2 VPN.
Providing network design and solution plans and troubleshooting for the core network infrastructure in accordance with criteria.
Keep an eye on and oversee all current systems, hardware, servers, switches, NAS devices, firewalls, and other IT infrastructure parts to guarantee top efficiency and security.
Offer end users company-wide technical assistance, including data integrity assurance and the resolution of hardware and software problems.
Provide advice and services for new projects, including architecture and execution, migration, and deployment.
Establish and preserve thorough records of settings, guidelines, and rules for hardware, software, and networks.
Perform any additional tasks that may sometimes be allocated.
