We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Project Manager to support our Construction team. The ideal candidate should be able to assist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Support the Project Manager in project planning and execution

Assist in the development and management of project schedules and budgets

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met

Prepare and update project reports and presentations

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures

Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress

Assist in resolving project-related issues and risks

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred

Experience in construction project management

Strong understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles

Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards

Excellent organizational and coordination abilities

Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
