The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, particularly in the SaaS or IT services sector. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the overall success of the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate a remote sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
Conduct regular virtual meetings with the sales team to review performance, provide coaching, and share best practices.
