Core Responsibilities
Look forward to leading the Brand Experience Design team and define the LEGO Brand’s visual identity. In the role, you will use your strong design management skills to visualize, capture, and deliver the look and feel of our many experiences. Moreover, you will collaborate with highly skilled designers and creatives to influence and develop designs across our communication channels.
Become a key member of our LEGO Agency Brand XP Design Leadership team
Lead, inspire and motivate the creatives of our design team
Provide design consulting and direction for the LEGO brand identity across a variety of experiences, including products and packaging, advertising campaigns, theme parks, retail experiences, and entertainment channels
Develop and sustain partnerships within different design fields across the organization
Collaborate with multiple LEGO Agency and the wider LEGO ecosystem creative teams, external partners to develop and execute creative strategies, concepts, designs, and executions

Our LEGO Agency is one of the world’s largest in-house agencies, with multiple hubs around the globe. We create communication for kids, parents, and families.
You will play a pivotal role in motivating and leading the development of LEGO brand design communication. You will help unite the LEGO ecosystem with a single voice across all platforms and channels worldwide.
Do you have what it takes?
Master’s degree in Design or similar
Extensive experience in design management
Proven track record of leading and developing brand identities across multiple touchpoints for (big) global brands
Strong design skills and ability to use design tools as well as experience working with diverse creative teams – gained from agency or in-house roles
Passion for design and the ability to translate insights into creative opportunities
Amazing organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
Proficient in English
We provide relocation support for this role which is based in Billund, DK.
