Mission Recruiting proudly represents a nationally recognized law firm headquartered in the Texas panhandle. The firm needs an experienced Senior Litigation Attorney with a proven track record managing complex commercial litigation cases to help with the growing demand of their national clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse caseload of litigation matters from inception to resolution
Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on various legal issues
Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations
Develop case strategies and provide expert legal advice to clients
Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and paralegals
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor degree and active Texas bar membership required
Substantial litigation experience, preferably in a law firm setting
Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Excellent project management and organizational abilities
Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive salary range: $125,000 – $165,000+ DOE
