JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic REAL ESTATE in AUSTRALIA Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our growing property buyer’s agency. At Property Avenue, we specialize in sourcing and securing top-tier investment properties for our clients, providing expert guidance throughout the buying process.
Key Responsibilities:
Outreach to Real Estate Agents: Communicating with agents to source off-market properties via SMS, email, and occasionally phone calls.
Property Assessment: Evaluating potential properties based on our detailed checklist and client-specific criteria, with a focus on finding underpriced opportunities.
Property Descriptions: Drafting concise, accurate property descriptions for clients.
Price and Rent Appraisals: Estimating property values and rental potential using recent comparable sales and rental data from platforms like RealEstate.com.au.
CRM Management: Keeping our CRM up to date with the latest client and property information.
Client Communication: Sending updates to clients via WhatsApp and email to ensure they’re informed every step of the way.
Administrative Support: Assisting with other administrative tasks to streamline the business.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience in Australian Real Estate: Knowledge of the local market and regions is highly preferred.
Fluent English: Advanced written and verbal communication skills are essential – not just good English but fun and bubbly as well.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Outlook, Excel, and basic things
Keen to Grow: A strong desire to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Salary is base PLUS commission. The more properties you find and have the best conversion for our sales team, the more earnings are there.

You dont want to follow up on weekends
You dont want to come on international conferences with the team
Your not bubbly
You dont have at least 2 years AU real estate experience
