YUXI
We are seeking a skilled Automation Consultant to join our team as a freelancer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing automated workflows using tools like Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat), and N8N. Your expertise in these tools, combined with your comfort in working with APIs, will be essential in helping our clients streamline their processes, reduce manual tasks, and improve overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Workflow Design & Implementation: Develop, configure, and deploy automated workflows that meet client requirements using Zapier, Make, or N8N.
API Integration: Work with various APIs to create custom integrations between software applications and services.
Troubleshooting & Optimization: Identify and resolve issues in existing workflows, ensuring they operate efficiently and without errors.
Client Collaboration: Communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and guide them through the automation process.
Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of workflows, integrations, and processes to ensure transparency and ease of future modifications.

Requirements:
Proven experience with automation tools like Zapier, Make, or N8N.
Strong understanding of APIs and ability to work with API documentation to create integrations.
Experience with automating processes across various platforms and applications (e.g., CRM, email, project management tools, prospection).
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Prior freelance or remote work experience is a plus.
