Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Marketing Manager to join our remote team. This role is ideal for a creative, strategic thinker with a passion for building and executing marketing campaigns that drive engagement and lead generation. As the B2B Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of innovative marketing strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining business customers. Key Responsibilities: You’re resourceful, capable of independently running revenue programs, and can delegate or hire the right team members to scale as needed. You’re willing to handle the work yourself to maintain speed but understand when it’s time to delegate. Create and implement robust marketing strategies to drive revenue and enhance brand visibility. Lead and manage the marketing team, offering direction, support, and mentorship to foster team success and individual growth. Collaborate with the Co-founder and Co-CEO to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives. Supervise the development of engaging content for various platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and advertising. Continuously monitor and assess the performance of revenue programs, using data insights to refine strategies and maximize outcomes. Partner with internal leadership to create integrated marketing and sales plans that deliver strong results in both the short and long term. Oversee relationships with external agencies and vendors to effectively support marketing efforts. Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and technological innovations to ensure our marketing approach remains fresh and effective.
Requisitos
Qualifications: A degree in marketing, business, or administration, or substantial relevant experience. Over 3 years of experience in team leadership. More than 5 years of advancing marketing expertise, with a focus on the U.S. market, B2B, and growth marketing. Startup background is essential. Excellent communication skills, with English proficiency at a C1/C2 level. Proven ability to create and implement marketing strategies that drive business growth. Experience in launching and scaling successful revenue-generating programs from scratch. Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment. Strong proficiency in Google Workspace. Familiarity with LinkedIn is an added advantage.
