Position: B2B/SaaS Pre-Sale Sales Representative
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identify and generate new business leads within the B2B sector.
Conduct market research to understand potential clients and their needs.
Reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media.
Product Demonstration and Consultation:
Conduct detailed product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of each potential client.
Provide in-depth consultations to understand clients’ requirements and present customized solutions.
Develop and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our SaaS products.
Sales Process Management:
Manage the pre-sale process, ensuring a smooth transition from lead generation to closing deals.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop strategies and tactics for successful sales conversions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Client Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to foster trust and credibility.
Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the pre-sale process.
Address and resolve any client concerns or objections promptly and professionally.
Requirements
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience in the funeral services industry is a plus but not required.
Skills:
Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics of B2B sales.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
