B2B Sales Executive – Remote Working

My Galway based client have developed software solutions for food service (focus on contract catering) businesses across Ireland, UK, and Europe.

This technology allows their clients to digitalise their inventory management, monitor and minimise their food waste and deliver comprehensive dashboard reporting.

They have currently over 300 customers across some well-recognised contract caterers and are looking to develop more business specifically across the UK and Europe.

I am recruiting a B2B Sales Executive who will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth strategy and driving market penetration within Ireland, UK, and Europe.

Your mission will be to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and establishing my client as the go-to solution provider in the food service space.

As a B2B Sales Executive you will work closely with the CEO in exploring new and innovative ways of managing the existing list of prospects and arranging calls and appointments to gain an understanding of their exact requirements, attend key customer meetings, and collaborate with the development teams to ensure that customer’s requirements are communicated effectively and efficiently.

Package: Salary up to €55k, sales bonus 20% of salary, Health Insurance, 21 days holidays rising to 25

Responsibilities for the job of B2B Sales Executive

Engagement of Potential Customers: Create and develop innovative ways of engaging, communicating, and seeking appointments with potential customers

Strategic Planning and Execution: Devise and execute targeted initiatives to expand our market presence. Drive the sales prospecting process, from lead generation to contract signing, without compromising on the integrity of our solution

Partnership and Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture relationships with potential clients, industry stakeholders, and key decision-makers within the contract catering sector. Collaborate with partners to create mutually beneficial alliances that drive business growth

Market Analysis and Strategy: Utilising existing research, conduct additional in-depth research to identify key personnel, trends, emerging opportunities, and competitor analysis. Develop and implement a robust business development strategy tailored to the UK and European markets

Thought Leadership and Representation: Assist in preparing for industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities – to identify potential leads and initiate contact. Showcase our expertise, thought leadership, and the transformative impact of our software solutions
