Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and a proven track record in B2B telemarketing/telesales.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls to generate leads and set appointments with potential clients.
Understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
Transition to handling the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal, once proficient in the services offered.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Maintain detailed records of interactions with clients and prospects in the CRM system.
Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B sales and telemarketing/telesales.
Strong English communication skills are a must.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
Ability to quickly learn and understand complex service offerings.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
