Position: Back End Developer
Location: Remote
Working hours: 40 hrs per week, 8 am – 5 pm PST
Salary Range: USD 2.700 – 4.050
Scope of the Job
We’re looking for a Back-End Developer who’s passionate about clean architecture, performance, and scalable systems. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in building and maintaining the backbone of our platform, ensuring seamless data flow, API reliability, and secure, high-performing services.
You’ll join a collaborative, product-driven team where your technical input truly shapes the product. Whether it’s designing new APIs, optimizing database queries, or building integrations, you’ll own your work and see its direct impact.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs
Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) to ensure data accuracy and performance
Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and DevOps to ship new features
Write clean, scalable, and well-tested code
Contribute to system design and architectural decisions
Monitor and debug production services, continuously improving system stability
Ensure best practices around security and data privacy
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Back-End Developer
Strong knowledge of server-side programming in Node.js, Python, or Java
Solid experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL
Familiarity with API design and microservices architecture
Experience with Docker, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines
Understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Ability to write unit and integration tests
Strong problem-solving skills and team-oriented mindset
