Essential duties and responsibilities:
Manage and Optimize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Oversee the performance and functionality of ATS platforms, ensuring they are efficient, reliable, and tailored to meet the needs of the organization.
Implement improvements and troubleshoot issues as necessary.
Develop and Maintain API Integrations
Create, manage, and optimize API integrations to ensure seamless communication between different systems and platforms.
Work with external and internal APIs to support various business functions.
Handle Data Warehousing
Design, implement, and maintain data warehousing solutions.
Ensure data integrity, scalability, and efficient data retrieval processes to support business intelligence and reporting needs.
Qualifications:
Over 4 years experience in backend development with a focus on managing ATS systems, API integrations, and data warehousing.
Knowledge in Wix Code Platform and fetch API is a Plus
Technical Skills: Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Python, Java, Node.js, JSON, or similar.
Strong knowledge of database management systems (SQL and NoSQL), data warehousing technologies, and API development.
Data Management: Experience with data integrity and scalability best practices. Familiarity with data warehousing solutions and ETL processes.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address technical issues and optimize system performance.
Preferred Skills:
ATS Expertise: Experience with specific ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and understanding of their APIs.
Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying and managing applications.
Data Security: Knowledge of data security and privacy best practices.
