Driving team performance to achieve sales targets in the SaaS space
Experience in the US market is a must
Developing and implementing strategic plans to expand the company’s client base
Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their sales skills
Overseeing the daily operations and performance of the Sales department
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients
Collaborating with other department heads to align company objectives and strategies
Monitoring market trends and competitor activities
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies

A successful ‘BDR Manager’ should have:
A minimum of 5 years of overall experience in Sales within the SaaS space
Strong knowledge of ABM
