No income, no accounts receivable, no loans
Responsibilities
Import and categorise expenses and liabilities in GnuCash.
Reconcile one bank account and one credit card.
Prepare a draft Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.
Clarify any unclear transactions with the director.
Deliver a clean, reconciled .gnucash file plus reports for the tax agent.
Requirements
Proven bookkeeping experience.
Familiarity with GnuCash or other similiar accounting software
Understanding of reconciliations and basic accounting principles.
Strong English communication skills.
Prior experience with Australian clients is a plus.
Engagement
Project-based (annual, possibly twice-yearly).
Remote role, flexible hours.
Very light workload due to the simplicity of the accounts.
Compensation
Fixed fee: AUD $150 or AUD $15 per hour
