Our client:

The main activities for a Bookkeeper are:
Perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Apply Accounts Receivable (AR) payments and ensure proper documentation.
Audit Accounts Payable (AP) transactions for accuracy and compliance.
Clean up books and maintain organized financial records.
Apply month-end accruals and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Identify and suggest improvements to financial processes and systems.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless accounting workflow.
Schedule
Monday to Friday
Daylight saving: 10:00 pm to 7:00 am Manila time.
Standard schedule: 11:00 pm to 8:00 am Manila time

Requisitos mínimos :
Proven experience as a bookkeeper.
Prior experience with reconciliations, AR application, AP auditing, and month-end accruals.
High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Strong Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Strong Proficiency in Quickbooks Online
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and problem-solve with minimal supervision.
Strong communication skills and the ability to ask questions and make suggestions.
Availability to work in graveyard shift.
