Our Client specializes in providing superior association management for Condominiums, Townhomes, and Homeowners Associations throughout the San Fernando Valley and its surrounding areas. With years of expertise in the field, we are committed to delivering premium service with a personal touch that elevates the management experience. Our services are designed to meet the specific needs of each community, ensuring that board members, homeowners, and residents enjoy the benefits of well-organized, transparent, and professional management. Our dedication to excellence is paired with a client-first approach, ensuring responsive, personalized service every step of the way.
Activities:
Accounts Payable (AP): Accurately code, post, and manage invoices, ensuring proper approval and timely processing.
Budget Preparation: Use Excel templates to draft and maintain annual and quarterly budgets, providing variance analysis.
Bank Reconciliations: Conduct monthly reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Reserve Study Assistance: Collaborate with reserve study specialists by providing financial data and addressing questions related to reserve fund spending.
Financial Reporting: Review monthly financial statements (balance sheet, P&L, budget, cash flow) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Homeowners’ Ledger Management: Maintain sub-ledgers, process charges, and apply payments efficiently.
General Financial Support: Assist with audits, update association records, and respond to financial inquiries.

Monday to Friday
Standard Schedule 08:00 – 17:00 PST US Time

Minimum requirements
MUST: Advamced English level (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking).
Recently graduated from accounting with strong English and accounting knowledge or around 1 to 2 years of experience with administrative accounting tasks.
AP experience is a plus.
Tech Savvy.
Multitasking
Good communication skills in writing.
