Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced BPO Manager to oversee our small but growing team. As our BPO Manager, you will play a key role in driving the performance of our operations, managing lead sourcing, quality assurance, and optimizing processes to ensure smooth workflow. This is a remote role with flexible working hours, and you’ll be responsible for ensuring our tea ets its goals and operates efficiently across various functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Sourcing & Quality Assurance: Oversee and enhance the sourcing of leads, ensuring high-quality, qualified leads are delivered to the sales team.
Performance Monitoring: Track, assess, and improve team KPIs, ensuring consistent performance in lead generation, CRM usage, and overall operational efficiency.
Team Management: Manage and support a small team of 5, ensuring daily tasks are executed efficiently and performance is aligned with business objectives.
CRM Management: Oversee the setup, reporting, and data tracking within the CRM, ensuring all leads and performance data are organized and easily accessible.
Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes to ensure maximum efficiency in lead handling and team operations.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in BPO management or a similar role, preferably in a remote setting.
Proven track record in lead sourcing, team management, and quality assurance.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with CRM systems and performance tracking tools.
Ability to manage a small team effectively, ensuring KPIs are consistently met.
