Job Description

Report directly to the owners on brand performance and budget, and execute agreed upon plans to build Offline and Online including brand positioning, product portfolio, channel strategy, and activity planning to achieve sales targets

Coordinate with PH distribution / logistics partners, digital agencies and key customers such as Watsons for successful go-to-market

Work with the Thai team on NPD/EPD projects, adapting marketing communication collateral, and gathering lessons from Digital Marketing and E-Commerce from various countries towards local success

This role is flexible in terms of timing and work-location, and will be further discussed during interview together with compensation and benefits

Job Requirements

At least 3 years of work experience in marketing of a leading FMCG company

Experience working with Personal Care or Cosmetics industry

Experience in launching a product in the market.

Bachelor’s degree or Master ‘s degree in Marketing or any related fields.

Experience and successful track record in launching new brands and products will be an advantage

Creative and up to date with latest trends and best practices in Fast Moving Consumer Goods

Good Project Management and Interpersonal skills

Good command of English and Computer literacy in Microsoft Office

Eager to drive niche International Consumer Brands in your home market
