As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing and documenting IT business requirements to support the design and implementation of effective technology solution.
What You Will Do:
Be responsible for translating business needs into IT language by defining clear IT requirements for development and presenting analyzed tasks to development teams
Determination and structuring of business requirements at implementation of technology solutions in a cost-effective and efficient way in lending domain
Cooperation with business and IT units to define, analyze, document and further manage requirements throughout system or business development life-cycle for lending domain
Participation and contribution at implementation of technology solutions at the deployment stage (testing, determination of additional requirements, participation in bug fixing) in lending domain
Identify business process simplification opportunities and assess feasibility of possible technical solutions
Work collaboratively with business representatives/product managers/initiative owners during the analysis process to ensure requirements of deliveries quality assurance
Timely perform communication with other structural units and external companies on unit related activities
Maintenance of business ownership of dedicated technology system: approve user right requests, define requirements for system SLA, follow latest updates in the system
Follow-up and contribute team deliveries towards organizational goals and KPIs implementation
Continuously raise ideas for optimization and improvement of used solutions and/or processes
Shape and determine unit’s targets and take needed actions to reach the objectives within the team of department.
What We Expect:
1-3 years’ experience in gathering, reviewing, analyzing business as well as technical requirements (functional and non-functional)
Higher degree (Preferred specialization) in IT, Economics, Mathematics, Business management
IT tools skills in Atlassian Confluence/JIRA and/or O365 applications
Experience in Agile and Scrum software development projects
Good knowledge of lending/ finance products, processes and IT systems
Strong IT development process management understanding
Initiative to learn quickly new tasks
Analytical thinking and ability to make decisions quickly
Time planning skills
Innovation mindset
Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
