Business Analyst – HR, Payroll – 6 months, remote, to £600 p/d outside IR35
A Business Analyst is required to work on a new HMRC P11D digitalization project. You will have strong business analysis skills, with extensive experience of working on HR, payroll projects, ideally gained within a manufacturing/logistics/supply chain/retail environment, with strong data analysis skills. You will have good knowledge of finance/payroll, PAYE, expenses management, PAYE settlement agreements, taxable benefits and P11D. You will have excellent stakeholder management, communication skills with good knowledge of Agile and Waterfall. The role will involve working on the discovery phase of the project, liaising with the business, stakeholders, finance teams, gathering requirements, producing functional specifications, conducting workshops, dealing with the data analysis to guarantee reporting and compliance with HMRC regulations, liaising with the technical teams through to delivery. The role will be fully remote but will require ad-hoc trips to near Leeds.
