FORWARD is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce and data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring the company’s Salesforce environment, making necessary updates and modifications, and ensuring that it is running efficiently to support the organization’s business sales operations. In addition, this person will be responsible for creating reports, compelling data visualizations, and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This position reports to the Sales Operations Manager.
Serve as the technical subject matter expert (SME) for the company’s Salesforce environment, including configuration, customization, and data management:
Perform user administration, training, and support for Salesforce and data visualization tools.
Manage day-to-day administration of Salesforce cases, troubleshoot user issues, and make configuration changes to improve internal efficiencies.
Develop reports, data visualizations, and dashboards in PowerBI or Tableau to support business sales operations and decision-making.
Maintain data integrity, oversee user and license management, and respond to and resolve user support requests.
Identify opportunities for process improvement within Salesforce, drive decisions on enhancements and integrations, and track key business metrics.
Manage internal SharePoint site and provide support to other teams in identifying business goals and needs.
Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
Strong technical skills in Salesforce configuration, customization, and data management.
Experience creating data visualizations and dashboards in PowerBI or Tableau.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data sets.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the organization.

Current Idealist Scope:
Provide ongoing support for the Salesforce.com platform. This support may include:
Customization: New fields, objects, page layouts, workflow rules, list views, etc.
Data entry: Detail section, related lists.
Data migration: Within the data management capabilities of the Salesforce platform.
Data hygiene: De-duplication, owner changes, address validation, etc.
Report and dashboard development: Within Salesforce native functionality.
System analysis & project management: Problem research & resolution.
User training: Within Salesforce standard functionality.
User administration: User setup, permissions, sharing rules, etc.
AppExchange app installation: All apps that do not require custom development for deployment.
Case management & support processes.
Salary Range: $65,000-$80,000
