Daleenda is looking for an ambitious and result-oriented Business Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be tasked with generating new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and building strong relationships. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and success of Daleenda’s portfolio in the technology sector.
Responsibilities
Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including social media, networking events, and online research.
Reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to introduce Daleenda’s services and solutions.
Conduct initial outreach and follow-ups to establish connections and set appointments for further discussions.
Qualify leads and gather information about clients’ needs and objectives.
Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and track the progress of leads in the CRM system.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified leads and appointments set.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the technology sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with potential clients and understand their needs.
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales enablement tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in the German language is considered an advantage.
