Company Overview
Prime Renovate Inc is a U.S.-based maintenance, repair, and renovation company that partners with property management firms. We are expanding our sales team and looking for a remote Business Development Associate to help promote our services to new customers and properties.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential clients, including property managers, building owners, and leasing agents, through cold calling, email outreach, and online networking.
2. Sales & Account Management: Develop relationships with clients to secure maintenance service contracts and long-term partnerships.
3. Service Proposal Creation: Prepare and present service proposals, including pricing, scope of work, and timelines.
4. Contract Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate service agreements that balance customer satisfaction and company profitability.
5. Client Retention & Support: Maintain relationships with existing clients, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to enhance sales strategies.
Requirements:
– Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in property management, apartment maintenance, construction, or related services.
– Sales & Communication Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a consultative selling approach.
– Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Proven ability to develop new customers and confidently make cold calls.
– Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with maintenance services (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC, renovations) is a plus.
– Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, email, and online communication tools.
– Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Able to work independently and achieve sales targets with minimal supervision.
– Work Setup: Must have a reliable internet connection, computer/laptop, and a quiet home workspace.
Compensation:
– Rate: $5 per hour and/or commission-based pay (to be discussed)
– Performance-based incentives for high-performing sales representatives
