As a Business Development Executive with a focus on the Spanish language, you’ll be the friendly voice reaching out to potential clients and helping us grow in the Spanish-speaking market!
Identify exciting new business opportunities and generate Sales Qualified Leads
Utilise various outreach methods including calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging to connect with prospects
Nurture initial prospect relationships and set up qualified appointments
Handle internal CRM processes (Salesforce) to keep track of activities, updates, and valuable feedback
Track your daily sales activities and performance to measure your impact
Work closely with our fantastic Enterprise Sales and/or Inside Sales teams
Build strong relationships with C-level contacts in target companies
Learn, adapt, and contribute to our evolving lead qualification and sales processes
Strive to meet and exceed your monthly qualified leads quota
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience selling IT technologies, solutions, and services
A passion for new business sales and prospecting
A positive attitude and willingness to achieve a high volume of daily outbound activities
Experience with cold outreach, LinkedIn, and new business prospecting
A competitive spirit, driven mindset, and being a great team player
Familiarity with software/technology and CRM/sales engagement tools
Ability to work under pressure, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively
Creative and strategic thinking skills
Fluent in Spanish (both spoken and written) to connect with our audience
Benefits
£28,000 – £32, 000 per annum plus commission
21 Annual leave days in year 1, rising to 25 days (plus bank holidays)
