Position Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Remote (Based in India, working with USA clients)
Shift Timing: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST
Experience Level: 3-10+ years

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new clients for Direct Hire Placements, C2C engagements, MSP programs, and Vendor management in the USA.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
3-10+ years of experience in business development within staffing and recruitment.
Proven success in acquiring and managing clients.
Strong communication and sales skills.
