As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for marketing consents area by driving new developments and managing improvement initiatives. Excellent project management skills will be a must for executing tasks successfully.
What You Will Do:
Coordinate Marketing Consents and Onboarding area development and improvement initiatives
Document requirements and perform testing for new developments and growth activities to ensure compliance to applicable regulations and maximum business value
Understand business processes and do deep-dive analysis that might be needed to define requirements for business or IT developments
Prepare training materials and execute trainings, be one key contact point for Marketing Consents related questions
Prepare all needed materials to support project execution and approvals, including requirements, supporting legal materials, materials for MB and any other
Align requirements with relevant stakeholders and get all required sign-offs
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables align with business requirements
Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business needs
Contribute to future data roadmap building, give input for developments in systems and data structures
Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures
Close compliance, risk and audit findings in time
Maintain agile cross-functional cooperation with all involved functions and teams necessary for the smooth operation and business growth
What We Expect:
Experience in managing IT and non-IT projects in cross-functional environment
Good understanding of regulatory environment (GDPR and relevant local regulations)
Cross-functional and cross-border cooperation skills
Business mindset, innovation and business development
Ability to combine strategic thinking capability with hands-on approach
Excellent leadership, people management and stakeholder management
Problem-solving and prioritization skills
Higher education in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Information technology
Fluent English and local language are required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
