Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential clients via social media, email, and phone.
Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and understand market trends.
Generate and qualify potential customer lists to build a robust sales pipeline.
Maintain accurate records of lead generation and sales activities in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads generated by Lead Generation Specialists to ensure timely conversion.
Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
Address client needs and resolve issues to maintain long-term relationships.
Assist clients with usage plans, provide technical support, and offer training as needed.
Analyze sales data and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
5-8 years of experience in sales or customer management.
Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
Experience with mobile app/games promotion through paid traffic or familiarity with online marketing is preferred.
Ability to independently manage multiple client projects and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
Knowledge of market research techniques and trends.
