Job Summary
The Part-Time Business Development Manager/Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new client opportunities, building strong relationships, and promoting our executive search services. This role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for connecting with clients in the Bahraini and GCC markets.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients, including corporations, government entities, and SMEs, to expand the company’s client portfolio.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities within Bahrain and the GCC region.

Sales and Outreach: Develop and execute outreach strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events, to generate leads and secure new business.

Proposal Development: Prepare and present tailored proposals, pitches, and service agreements to prospective clients.

Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client needs and ensure seamless delivery of services.

Reporting: Track and report on business development activities, including lead generation, client meetings, and conversion rates, using CRM tools.

Brand Representation: Represent the company professionally at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or executive search, preferably within the GCC region. Even fresher may apply.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

Should possess a valid Bahraini Driving License.

Skills:

o Proven track record in sales, client acquisition, or business development.
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
o Strong understanding of the Bahraini and GCC business landscape.
o Proficiency in MS Office.
o Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role.
