Position : Business Development Manager – Remote
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our company by identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and expanding market presence. This role involves a mix of strategic planning, sales, marketing, and negotiation to drive revenue and build long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and outbound outreach.

Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with company objectives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, finance) to align offerings with market demand.

Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the brand and generate leads.

Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline progress, and forecasting in CRM systems.

Monitor and report on KPIs and ROI of business development activities.

Requirements:

Proven track record of success in B2B business development, sales, or similar role.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
