KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct Customer Sales
Research, identify, and generate new direct sales opportunities
Actively pursue acquisition of Global and Regional Strategic Accounts in targeted verticals and territories by penetration of existing Strategic Accounts assigned
Prepare for customer appointments by executing prospect research, tailoring sales materials based on the business vertical, and leverage available marketing resources
Meet and exceed monthly sales quota while remaining focused on the consistent execution of proven sales methods
Stay current on product updates to ensure the understanding of the application in the customer’s business environment
Distributor Sales
Support local distributors on new business development for driving Distributor Revenue
Conduct joint site visit or virtual calls with Distributors and coach them for better positioning ScentAir scent solutions to their targeted customers
Deliver initiatives on Strategic Distributor Partnership cascaded by the Director within the territories assigned
Work collaboratively with Asia Pacific regional function teams for ensuring highly effective and professional business relationships with key stakeholders at all levels on achieving sales objectives
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
University degree
Minimum 5 years of field sales experience with a track record of successful selling of B2B products and/or services
Experience on distributor sales management is an advantage
Solid experience on new account generation, solution selling and ability of creating value for customers
Solid experience on creating and successfully executing a territory sales plan
Excellent communicator which able to understand and articulate business and technical information precisely to target customers
Strong on building and maintaining relationship with both external and internal stakeholders
Take initiative to develop personally and professionally and need little supervision
Experience on CRM applications (Salesforce)
Computer literacy and familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
High proficient on both verbal and written English
Remote work
Overseas travel is required
Immediately available is preferred
