About the Hiring Company:
We are a group of companies developing in-house products for the iGaming Industry. Founded in 2007, the company has expanded into an international team, with offices in Cyprus (headquarters) Ukraine and Canada.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in the iGaming industry, with a proven ability to drive business growth and build strong relationships within the community.
Job Description:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the European iGaming market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners across Europe.
Drive strategic initiatives to enhance market penetration and increase revenue.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create tailored solutions for clients.
Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to network and promote our services.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and sales pitches.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Ensure all business activities comply with relevant regulations and iGaming industry standards.
The Successful Candidate:
Client Relationship Management
Strategic Planning and Execution
Market Analysis and Reporting
Collaboration with Internal Teams
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Business Development within the iGaming industry
Fluent in English; proficiency in Russian is a strong advantage
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong reputation and network within the iGaming community
Proven success in closing deals at industry conferences
Ability to work independently and remotely, with a proactive and self-sufficient approach.
