Job Description:
Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Development Officer to join our team. In this role, he/she will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities through daily monitoring of SAM.gov and other relevant platforms. Your primary focus will be tracking RFQ (Request for Quotation) projects, preparing required documentation, and conducting product research to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily monitoring of SAM.gov and other relevant websites for potential RFQ projects.
Preparing and organizing required documentation for project submissions.
Conducting product research to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Maintaining accurate records of identified opportunities and follow-up actions.
Collaborating with the team to ensure timely and accurate responses to RFQs.
Work Environment:
This is a part-time, remote position.
Job Requirements:
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Economic, Business Administration, Management or Related fields
At least 3years proven experience as a Business Development in a recognized NGO and Company
Proven experience with the SAM.gov platform.
Strong attention to detail and solution-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PDF editing tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Reliable internet connection for remote work.
