KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Close new and re-contract RMR business in Singapore, Malaysia and Taiwan

Proactively research and reach out to potential clients via compelling cold calls, persuasive cold emails or social media activities

Present the business impact of scent marketing and air purification to captivate potential clients

Collaborate with Senior Sales Director in Hong Kong and Business Development Managers in Singapore and Philippines to seek out new business opportunities within major markets across the Emerging Markets in Asia Pacific

Facilitate meetings and calls between prospective clients and Business Development Manager

Stay at the forefront of customer experience trends in the hospitality, real estate, retail, gaming, fitness, and senior living industries

Collaborate with teammates on creative prospecting initiatives

Participate in ongoing consultative and professional sales development.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

University degree in Marketing or Sales

Min. 2 years of call center with selling experience with proven track record of achievement preferbally selling B2B products or services

Experience on inside sales or customer service is also considered

Proven record on consultative/value-based selling via cold calls and/or cold e-mailing

A highly motivated sales-oriented person who is driven by hitting their goals and thrives on success

Strong communication skill and good in building rapport

Strong on persuading and delivering captivating presentations

Good teamplayer and strong in collaboration with different levels

Able to deliver result with minimal supervision

Self-motivated in disciplined approach on daily activity planning, goal setting and achieving success

Critical problem-solving skills to handle customer questions and good in handling objection

Technically savvy and specifically skilled in CRM (Salesforce.com preferred) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and TEAMS

High proficient in written and verbal English and Asian languages (such as Chinese, Malay, etc.)
