We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development/Sales Manager to join our fast-growing Dubai based recruiting platform.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the expansion of our client base and fostering valuable partnerships with businesses worldwide.

What do I need to do?:

Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to identify and acquire new clients globally;

Proactively seek and engage with potential clients, conducting outreach, and building relationships through various channels, including email, calls, social media, and networking events;

Present our comprehensive range of recruitment solutions and services to clients, effectively showcasing the value we can bring to their talent acquisition needs;

Conduct market research to identify potential target industries and sectors for business growth and create tailored strategies to penetrate those markets;

Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and changes in the recruitment market to capitalize on emerging opportunities;

Track and report key performance metrics and sales activities to the management team regularly.

What we’d like to see:

Proven track record in business development and sales, with a focus on recruiting agencies or related industries;

Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients globally and achieving revenue targets;

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, combined with a consultative sales approach;

Familiarity with various sales techniques and strategies, and the ability to adapt them to different market segments;

Proven experience in sourcing and closing deals with clients from diverse industries and regions;

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
